Los Angeles apparel manufacturer AMLA Productions launched the AMLA AeroGuard mask in the wake of the pandemic in March including its online store in May. The company has developed the face mask in response to feedback from numerous customers seeking a reusable, comfortable item that provides daily protection in these challenging times.
The AMLA AeroGuard mask employs a triple-layer structure. A high-performance filter Polypropylene 2.0 oz. sits between the outer mesh 100% Egyptian fabric and the filter layer. The filter delivers a bacterial filtration efficiency of 99%, blocking droplets, bacteria, virus-contaminated particles, and pollen. The outer cotton fabric has a greater permeability, which means tested & passed Nano technology.
Functionality was paramount in the development of the AMLA AeroGuard mask. Monsanto(Product developed/design) noted that customers increasingly prefer reusable masks as daily wear, to minimize their environmental impact. The AMLA AeroGuard mask is machine washable or hand, with regular household detergent. A testing institution proved that the filter inside the triple layer structure retains its efficacy after 20 washes at 40 degrees.
The AMLA AeroGuard mask is silky smooth on the skin. The inner AMLA AeroGuard layer prevents the stiffness or thickness felt when wearing a non-woven , and it continues to feel comfortable on your skin even after a long time of use.
AMLA Productions recommends washing AMLA AeroGuard masks in a mesh bag, avoid using bleach on the mask and do not tumble dry or wash by hand in warm soapy water and hang dry.
